A key objective was to nurture intercultural dialogue and appreciation among participants, allowing students to broaden their worldview through immersion in diverse educational and cultural contexts. We also sought to support students in building both professional and personal competencies—such as communication, flexibility, and cross-cultural awareness—that are increasingly valued in today’s global job market. Increasing opportunities for student mobility remained a central priority, as we believe international exposure significantly contributes to students’ academic success and holistic development. Additionally, we prioritized the collection and analysis of participant feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of the project and inform improvements for future Erasmus+ initiatives. Ultimately, our mission was to deliver a meaningful, international learning experience that empowers students and enhances their readiness for academic and professional challenges ahead.
