Under the agreement signed with the Turkish National Agency, the participation of 17 participants was planned, but 28 participants benefited from the mobility activities. The aim is for students and staff to observe different educational systems and broaden their horizons by taking various technical courses. A meeting was held to encourage student and staff participation in the program. The project is a key link between students, staff, and the European Union in the field of education and training. Through this project, we aimed to support the educational, professional, and personal development of students at our university. We sought to promote not only learning mobility and cooperation between individuals and groups, but also quality, inclusivity, and equality. Additionally, we hoped to encourage excellence, creativity, innovation, and active participation. Participants had the opportunity to enhance their professional competencies through technical and theoretical education at the host institutions. In addition, they engaged with different cultures, which helped broaden their social and cultural awareness. Prior to the mobility, orientation and preparatory meetings were held to ensure that students were well-informed and ready to participate in the program. This project contributed to our institution’s internationalization strategy and supported the integration of our students into the European Education Area. Through this project, key priorities of the European Union in education—such as learning mobility, inclusiveness, equity, quality, innovation, and individual development—were promoted. The ultimate aim was to help our students grow into more competent individuals both academically and personally.
