2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000119768 project was one of the biggest Erasmus+ projects of Çukurova University. The main goals of the Project were to increase the number of outbound students and staff who participate at mobility programs for enhancing beneficiaries’ academic and professional experience as well as cross-cultural communication skills; to develop internationalization activities and increase the number of active bilateral agreements to create more chances for beneficiaries; to increase the visibility of our university, and to host students and staff from different countries on our international campus to contribute to the internationalization at home. The project aims to create opportunities for young individuals and staff to enhance their personal, academic and professional skills and competences in the international arena. Based on the objectives of the project, less mobile departments, young researchers and non-academic staff became the spotlight for exchange activities to engage students and staff of diverse background in mobility activities.
