In implementing this project, our first objective was to create a sustainable and measurable impact by enhancing the knowledge and skills of the target group, strengthening participants’ digital competencies and international capacity, promoting the exchange of best practices, and establishing a long lasting collaborative network. Throughout all phases, we adopted an approach grounded in the principles of transparency, equality, and inclusiveness. In line with the principle of transparency, we kept the decision-making processes open and accessible, and ensured accountability through reporting. On the basis of the principle of equality, we enabled everyone to benefit from the project with equal opportunities, without any discrimination such as gender, socio-economic status, or disability. Within the scope of inclusiveness, we provided special information and support for disadvantaged groups.
