The main objective of implementing the Erasmus+ KA131 project was to strengthen the internationalization strategy of our university by creating more opportunities for students and staff to gain global experience. Through this project, we aimed to provide our students with the chance to improve their academic knowledge, foreign language skills, intercultural competencies, and employability. For staff, our goal was to enhance professional development, exchange good practices, and build long-lasting academic cooperation. At institutional level, we wanted to increase our visibility in the European Higher Education Area, expand our partnership network, and modernize our education system by aligning it with European standards. Special focus was given to inclusion, ensuring that students with fewer opportunities were supported to participate, as well as to promoting sustainable practices in mobility. Ultimately, our aim was not only to increase the quantity of mobilities, but also to ensure their quality and long-term impact, contributing to the personal and professional growth of participants and to the strategic development of our university.
