The primary aim of the project was to foster international collaboration and enhance the quality of education and training by facilitating student and staff mobility between Istanbul Medipol University and partner higher education institutions across Europe. Through these mobilities, we aimed to support the personal, academic, and professional development of students and staff; strengthen institutional ties and promote intercultural dialogue; improve language skills, employability, and adaptability of participants; contribute to the internationalization strategies of the university. The project has successfully achieved these goals. A total of 82 students and 8 staff members participated in study, traineeship, teaching, and training mobilities. These experiences have contributed significantly to their academic enrichment, career prospects, and global awareness, while also enhancing the international profile and collaborative capacity of our institution.
