The main objective of this project was to strengthen the internationalisation strategy of our university and to enhance student and staff mobility, thereby ensuring a more effective integration into the European Higher Education Area. In this framework, the project aimed to: Provide equal opportunities for students and staff, enabling them to gain international academic and professional experience while improving their language skills, intercultural competencies, and employability in the global labour market, Develop institutional capacity and reinforce strategic partnerships with higher education institutions across Europe, Promote academic quality and innovation by facilitating participants’ access to new teaching methodologies, research opportunities, and diverse learning environments, Enhance the visibility and reputation of our university, strengthening international recognition through active participation in the Erasmus+ programme, Support inclusiveness and diversity, particularly by encouraging the participation of students from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds in mobility activities. In conclusion, the project aimed to contribute to the personal and professional development of participants while reinforcing the university’s long-term vision of becoming a globally connected institution, committed to quality, equity, and sustainable cooperation.
