In the framework of 2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000126491 project, Kayseri University regards an international experience by implementing with the primary objective of enhancing the international dimension and strengthening our academic and cultural connections with partner institutions. Kayseri University aimed to provide students and staff with opportunities to participate in high-quality mobility activities, thereby enriching their academic, professional, and personal development. In this project we realized 8 mobilities, of which 5 student mobilities and 3 staff mobilities, to 6 different countries. Through the mobility activities, Kayseri University sought to improve participants' intercultural awareness and global competencies by exposing them to diverse academic environments to strengthen the international profile. Our university wanted to achieve to promote linguistic diversity as a key element in enhancing communication and cooperation among European partners. We aimed to utilize the entire grant allocated to our institution efficiently. In addition, we increased the number of countries and universities with which we have agreements.
