The implementation of this project was closely aligned with our university's internationalization policy, which focuses on fostering sustainable strategic alliances, engaging in cross-border research initiatives and projects, and promoting the enhancement of student and staff mobility through active involvement in global academic and scientific endeavors. The central objective of the project was to increase the number of students and staff benefiting from mobility opportunities, thereby providing them with international academic exposure, intercultural competence, and professional growth. Through this project, the university also aimed to: • Strengthen inter-institutional collaborations with partner universities across Europe; • Expand international teaching and training opportunities for academic and administrative staff; • Contribute to the integration of a global perspective into the curriculum and institutional strategy; • Promote inclusive participation, ensuring access for students with fewer opportunities; • Lay the groundwork for future joint research, project development, and co-publications with partner institutions. Overall, the project served as a key instrument to support the university’s mission of becoming a globally engaged institution and enhancing the quality, visibility, and impact of its education and research through international cooperation.
