The aim of implementing the project was to provide high-quality and inclusive international mobility opportunities for students of Yıldız Technical University within the framework of the Learning Mobility of Individuals. By supporting both study and traineeship mobility during the 2023–2024 academic year, the university sought to enhance the academic, professional, and personal development of its students. The project aimed to increase not only the number of participants, but also the quality and impact of each mobility experience, ensuring that students were well-prepared and supported at every stage. Special attention was given to principles of equal access, non-discrimination, and full academic recognition, aiming to create a fair and transparent selection process. Additional support mechanisms were provided for students with fewer opportunities, aiming to ensure a more balanced and inclusive participation. The project was implemented through a strong collaboration between departmental Erasmus coordinators and the central Erasmus office of the university, both of which played an active role in planning, guidance, monitoring, and mentoring activities. Through this project, Yıldız Technical University aimed to contribute to the internationalisation of higher education, strengthen academic cooperation with partner institutions, across Europe and equip students with the skills and perspectives necessary to thrive in a global environment.
