Within the scope of the project numbered 2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000135210, approved by the Turkish National Agency, various study and traineeship mobility opportunities were offered to undergraduate and graduate students of our university, while academic and administrative staff were provided with the possibility to participate in training activities over a two-year period. In this context, more participants than initially foreseen during the project application and budget allocation to our university benefited from these activities, the entire budget was utilized (100%), and even exceeded the committed usage through OS transfer. The project aimed to enable individuals with different backgrounds to improve their personal development and academic skills through knowledge and experience sharing, and to ensure that as many participants as possible benefited from the program by facilitating student and staff exchanges among program countries. Another objective of our project was to provide students from all levels of education with the opportunity to benefit from the program. Accordingly, the planned activities and processes were implemented, and the project was successfully completed.
