While 34 mobility activities were planned for this project, a total of 43 mobility activities were successfully carried out. Thus, the targeted number of mobility activities was exceeded. The mobility activities carried out consisted of 27 Student Mobility for Traineeships, 9 Staff Mobility for Training, and 7 Staff Mobility for Teaching. An important achievement of the project was providing equal opportunities to students in all semesters. The project focused on supporting the professional and personal development of academic and administrative staff working in distance education and students studying in the field of distance education. A significant portion of the allocated budget was allocated to student internship mobility. Providing support for matching students with suitable universities or institutions has been one of the most important and challenging goals achieved by the project. The mobility activities carried out have made significant contributions to participants gaining international experience, developing their language and cultural skills, and enhancing their academic/professional competencies. Furthermore, the experience and collaborations gained from the project are expected to guide our institution's internationalization strategy and future similar projects. In this context, the outcomes achieved have created a lasting increase in capacity for student and staff mobility and laid a strong foundation for subsequent projects.
