As Sirnak University, for 2023 Erasmus project, it was aimed to strengthen our communication and collaborations with higher education institutions in the European Union Countries within the scope of Erasmus+ mobility agreement. The Erasmus project has contributed to improving our education system and its compliance with the high education standards determined by the European Union higher education system. Erasmus project provided an invaluable opportunity for our institution-our staff and students- to explore the educational differences in other countries, to learn about different cultures and societies, to improve their language and communication skills, and to gain new academic and teaching related experiences which were within the objectives of this project. In accordance with our university's Erasmus Policy, it is not aimed to carry out only exchange mobilities within the scope of the Erasmus project. In addition, our University has been in constant communication with universities in Europe through the Erasmus program and has achieved strong communication, mutual institutional trust, and productive collaborations in the development of educational activities. Building stronger relationships with the higher education institutions in EU was one of the objectives of this project which was conducted by new mobility agreements between our university and European higher education institutions.
