Objectives

Ankara Consortium for New Job Experiences (YİTAK) was established under the coordination of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce with the participation of 11 universities located in Ankara. Within the framework of the mobility consortium, a project was carried out under the action of Learning Mobility of Individuals, targeting higher education students and staff. The consortium implemented activities aimed at sending students and staff abroad. Universities are responsible for the selection of students and staff. The main objectives of the consortium include: facilitating the rapid employment of participants, increasing their awareness of European Union values and foreign cultures, fostering cooperation between universities and the business world, ensuring that universities consider labor market developments when conducting their educational activities, discovering international business practices, and creating national added value. The expected impacts and outputs of the consortium are: enabling the business world to become aware of well-equipped young people, strengthening collaboration between universities and the business community, raising national awareness of mobility through the success stories generated, and establishing the mobility consortium as a model to be replicated.
