Within the scope of the consortium project numbered 2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000147173 and supported by the Turkish National Agency, various traineeship mobility opportunities were offered over a two-year period to undergraduate and graduate students studying at our university and at our consortium partners. At the same time, academic and administrative staff working at the partner universities were provided with the opportunity to participate in training mobility. In this context, the maximum level of participation was ensured within the budget allocated to the consortium by the Turkish National Agency during the project application, and the budget was utilized in the most efficient way. The project aimed to enhance the personal development and academic skills of participants with different backgrounds and experiences through the exchange of knowledge and expertise, while also promoting student and staff exchanges among programme countries. Another objective of the project was to provide students from all levels of education with the opportunity to benefit from this programme.
