Our main objective in implementing this project was to enhance the internationalisation of Ordu University by providing students and staff with high-quality mobility opportunities. Through these activities, we aimed to strengthen their academic, professional, and intercultural competences, while also contributing to their personal growth. We sought to increase the recognition of learning outcomes, foster equal opportunities through inclusive practices, and encourage the use of sustainable and digital tools in mobility management. By engaging in international cooperation and exchange, we also intended to reinforce the university’s role in promoting European values and diversity Ultimately, the project aimed to build long-term institutional capacity, establish stronger international partnerships, and support the integration of global perspectives into higher education.
