Osmangazi Internship Consortium was established with the aim of enhancing university students' international work experience, strengthening academic staff connections and providing administrative staff with international exposure. The Internship Consortium was formed through the participation of four higher education institutions and three industrial chambers. The coordinating institution is Eskişehir Osmangazi University and the partner higher education institutions are Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University, Necmettin Erbakan University and Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University. Additionally, Karaman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Konya Chamber of Industry and Entrepreneurial Businessman Foundation Gebze Branch have joined the consortium as partners to provide support in communicating with internship companies. Through the activities carried out within the consortium, the main objectives are to enable students or recent graduates to have a productive traineeship period in their field before starting their professional careers and to utilize the knowledge they have gained in their professional lives. The project also allows businesses to meet the qualified students, enhances collaboration with higher education institutions and organizations abroad and fosters collaboration among consortium partners.
