Ostim Technical University (OTU), within the scope of the Erasmus KA131 project, enables its qualified students to fully benefit from the program. OTU has more than 100 IIA agreements in order to expand mobility opportunities for more students and more staff. Under the 2023 project, compared to the previous one, we increased the number of mobilities. In 2023, a total of 30 mobilities were carried out. Among these, 20 students participated in SMS activities. In addition, 10 staff members took part, with 5 in training mobility and 35 in teaching mobility. By adding IIA agreements for studies and internships, we broadened the scope of mobility, providing more students from various departments with the opportunity to participate in Erasmus mobility.Staff mobility contributed to our internationalization strategy and further expanded its scope. Students who took part in mobility improved their language skills and gained experience with different education systems. Outgoing mobility, incoming mobility, and our internationalization strategy have been mutually beneficial for all parties involved
