Objectives

The main purpose of participating in the Erasmus KA131 Mobility project is to support the academic and professional development of our university in an international context. By immersing our students and staff in a different educational and cultural environment, we aimed to achieve the following goals: Academic Growth: We wanted to enable our students to deepen their knowledge in their field at foreign universities with various educational approaches. Our aim was to provide access to unique academic resources and methodologies that would complement the education at our university. Professional Experience: Through the internship mobility, we aimed to put our students' theoretical knowledge into practice in real-world environments and gain practical experience in their field. In this way, we allowed them to develop their professional skills and better understand the global job market. Cultural Competence: Another important goal was to enable our students and staff to develop their intercultural communication skills by interacting with people from different countries and backgrounds. Understanding different perspectives will not only enrich their personal development, but also increase their adaptability in international professional environments. Networking and Collaboration: As a university, we aimed to establish long-term connections with students, academics and professionals from across Europe. These relationships could lead to future collaborations and provide valuable insights into global trends in our field. We have also taken steps towards establishing New Project partnerships. Language Development: One of our specific goals was to ensure that our students develop their English language proficiency, which is critical for both their academic and professional futures. By encouraging them to live and work in a foreign country, we provided them with an invaluable opportunity to practice this language in everyday situations. In addition to being a language of communication, English has also helped them gain familiarity with the local language. By implementing this project, we aimed to broaden our students’ academic and professional horizons and prepare them for the global challenges they will face in their careers. We provided our academics with the opportunity to teach on international platforms and establish academic collaborations. We provided our administrative staff with the opportunity to gain insight and experience in an international working environment in their fields.
