The primary objective of the Erasmus+ 2023 project is to contribute to our university's internationalization goals and ensure that our students develop into globally competitive individuals. In this context, we aim for our students to develop their foreign language proficiency by experiencing different cultures, strengthen their academic knowledge and skills in an international environment, and gain self-confidence, a sense of responsibility, and intercultural communication skills. In addition, we aim for our academic and administrative staff to observe best practices in Europe and develop their professional competencies. The knowledge and experience transfer of visiting staff has increased academic diversity at our university and facilitated the sharing of different pedagogical approaches. Furthermore, the education of visiting students at our university has contributed to transforming our campus into a multicultural learning environment; cross-cultural dialogue has been strengthened through interaction between students from different countries and local students. As a result, the project has increased our university's international visibility through the mutual gains of both outgoing and incoming students and staff, laid the groundwork for new collaborations, and contributed to improving the quality of education.
