Through the Erasmus+ program implemented at our institution, we aim for our university staff to establish new connections at the universities and institutions they visit, enhance intercultural interaction, observe innovative processes, exchange information and culture, and promote diversity both within our institution and the ones they visit. Staff members from our institution have traveled to various universities and institutions across different countries as part of this program. The primary objectives for our staff during this program include observing developments at the host universities and institutions, meeting new people, and fostering inter-institutional cooperation. Additionally, they are encouraged to take initiatives toward forming new inter-institutional agreements whenever possible. Participants are also expected to improve their social and language skills, engage with new people and cultures, stay updated with advancements in their fields, and complete their training effectively. Furthermore, they are tasked with promoting and representing both their university’s and their country’s culture in the best possible way
