Our aim to create and carry out this project is to expand the vision of the students of the Department of Turkish Education and the Department of Turkish Language, who are studying in higher education institutions, and to train teachers with international experience. Our project, which is the first in its field, is to bring together the higher education and business world by bringing together the theoretical learning of the students who will benefit from international mobility in different countries of Europe with international experience and to train teachers with international experience. The national and international employability of the participants who will benefit from the project will increase in their professional business life and will contribute to issues such as foreign language, mutual communication, personal development, self-confidence and intercultural learning. At the same time, since it is important for higher education to observe the necessary theoretical knowledge of the changing and diversifying business world in place and closely, it is important to ensure that those who benefit from mobility gain these gains within the education process before starting their business life.
