This consortium project, coordinated and led by Gazi University, aimed to strengthen internationalisation in higher education, support the academic, professional, and personal development of students, enhance the institutional capacity and professional competencies of administrative staff, and facilitate the access of academic staff to international academic collaborations. The project was designed to ensure that participants would generate sustainable benefits not only at the individual level but also at the institutional and international levels. For students, one of the main objectives of the project was to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and competencies that would strengthen their employability and expand their career opportunities. In this context, improving foreign language proficiency and developing intercultural communication skills through interaction with different cultures were also identified as priority objectives, alongside professional development. Administrative staff mobility activities were intended to enable the transfer of innovative management and organisational practices to the participant institutions by observing them on-site at host institutions. Academic staff mobility, through teaching and training activities, promoted the exchange of knowledge and experience; in turn, this aimed to increase the number of joint scientific publications, conferences, and projects with academics from host institutions. All components of the project were designed to enhance the international visibility of the participating institutions and to strengthen their academic collaboration networks.
