Digital entrepreneurship plays an important role in the economic development of a country, the increase in employment and the spread of innovation. In this context, our project, which we have implemented, aimed to research digital entrepreneurship and digital entrepreneurs in Turkey and around the world as a reflection of the changes in the understanding of entrepreneurship during the digital transformation process. Within the scope of our project, the definition, characteristics, importance and types of digital entrepreneurship were discussed with the impact of digital transformation; its differences from traditional entrepreneurship were emphasized. In addition, the development of digital entrepreneurship in Turkey and around the world and its current status were examined and our participants were made aware of good practice. In addition, among the main reasons for the implementation of our project was to support especially the young people in our country and the young population around the world in entrepreneurship and to create social awareness on increasing their digital competencies. It contributed to the awareness of young people in terms of strengthening their education, social, cultural and economic aspects, supporting their creativity and directing them to entrepreneurship within the digital transformation process. With our project, *It contributed to the spread of digital entrepreneurship culture in Turkey. *Participants, entrepreneurs, potential entrepreneurs and society were made aware of the digital entrepreneurship culture. *Participants were made aware of the main goals, priorities and contents of the Erasmus Plus Programs. *Awareness was created about what the Youthpass Certificate is, where it is used and what its basic competencies are. *Within the scope of ''Digital Transformation'', which is one of the goals and priorities of the Erasmus Plus Programs, our participants and the target group were helped to acquire new information. *Participants were made aware of the importance of gender balance. *Participants were made to embrace equal opportunities. *Participants were supported to meet different cultures and perspectives. *Participants were encouraged to share innovations. Participants were made aware of global issues. *Participants were helped to gain cultural awareness and were made to stay away from prejudiced, racist and discriminatory attitudes and behaviors. *Our project aimed to ensure that the digital entrepreneurship culture is spread to a wide audience in Turkey and to align the entrepreneurship approach with digitalization. *Examining, analyzing, reporting and providing feedback on digital entrepreneurship processes contributed to the development of digital entrepreneurship. *A communication network was created among the participants by organizing events and meetings. In this way, participants were given the opportunity to establish social connections. *During our project, participants were able to share their knowledge and experiences with each other and create stronger collaborations and synergies. *Our project aimed to meet important needs in digital entrepreneurship, education, equal opportunities, cultural diversity and social awareness.
