Project Content: Our project was implemented with the aim of making humanity aware of the damage it causes to nature and creating social awareness for a healthier future. The use of plastic bags, being one of the biggest environmental problems of our time, seriously pollutes the environment. Plastic bags are used by the millions every second around the world and most of these products cannot be recycled. Plus, it takes hundreds of years for these bags to disappear in nature. For the above reasons, our project aims to raise awareness on environmental protection, reduce the use of plastic bags, raise awareness on the conscious use of natural resources and encourage the use of environmentally friendly products. Additionally, raising awareness on the need to clean up water resources to prevent the damage caused by plastic waste in the seas and land areas has also been one of the issues addressed by our project. Based on these issues, various trainings and activities were implemented to raise awareness of young people about environmental issues. In addition, as another part of our project, we aimed to strengthen intergenerational solidarity. Building communication bridges and increasing cultural understanding between young people from different cultures was also an important part of our project. In this way, it is aimed to create a global awareness of environmental problems and to achieve greater cooperation in developing environmentally friendly solutions. Project Vision: Our vision includes spreading the awareness of creating a society that lives in harmony with nature, where environmental awareness is embraced by all segments of society and contributes to a sustainable world. With our project, we aimed to raise awareness about a future in which young people and societies gain sensitivity to environmental problems, protect the ecological balance and improve the quality of life. Our project aims to become an important step towards raising environmental awareness and protecting natural resources around the world. Project Mission: The mission of our project is to raise social awareness and encourage people to adopt sustainable living habits to ensure the protection of nature and the environment. Emphasizing the negative impact of plastic bags and other single-use products, contributing to the spread of environmentally friendly alternatives and developing pollution-free solutions were the cornerstones of our mission. Purpose of the Project: Our project aims to attract attention to the problems of environmental pollution and deterioration of natural balance and to create social awareness to solve these problems. Our main objectives are to raise awareness of protecting the environment, encourage the conscious use of natural resources, reduce the harm of plastic bags to nature and promote the use of environmentally friendly alternatives. Objectives of the Project: *To ensure the widespread use of environmentally friendly products by reducing the use of plastic bags, *To raise awareness in order to prevent pollution of water resources, *To promote living in harmony with the environment by making people more respectful of nature, *To raise awareness about the protection of nature on a global scale, *To develop innovative solutions for the production of eco-friendly alternatives to environmentally harmful materials such as plastic, *To ensure that young people become more aware and active in environmental issues by supporting youth work, *To prevent environmental pollution and waste of resources by adopting a lifestyle in harmony with the ecosystem are among our project objectives.
