Every youth project has a huge effect on self development and entrepreneurship of young people. By this Youth workers' mobility activity, our main goal is supporting the increase of youth workers' capacity to prepare and practise Youth projects to support self development and entrepreneurship of the young people in their target group by creating an environment for them to have more knowledge about Youth projects and to cooperate in Erasmus+ projects,focusing on Youth Exchanges. By implementing this project, we want to reach the objectives below. - to ensure an intercultural environment to create new youth exchange projects about immigrants and youngsters with fewer opportunities and to question the issues about prejudices and discrimination, - to offer the participants a project preparation experience with learning by doing to prepare and implment new projects in their associations, - By giving examples about the new tools and methods used in youth exchange projects to make the participants efficient while preparing and implementing those projects, - to increase the chance of the participants for the future employment by increasing their knowledge and skills in Erasmus+ programme and preparing,implementing projects, - to add international dimension to the works of the partner organisations, - to contribute to individual development of the youngsters such as team working , taking initiatives and intercultural learning by ensuring the youth workers from different cultures to work in an international team. - to contibute to the solutions of the problems of immigrants and youngsters with fewer opportunities by the youth exchanges projects which will be formed as a result of the project. - to help that more youngsters will benefit the projects which will be implemented in the frame of this programme by providing that the visibility and awareness of the Erasmus+ programme and youth exchange project in the local of the project partners are increased.
