"Mind and Body in Motion: Developing Alternative Education Methods for Youth with Mental Disorders" (MABIM) is an Erasmus+ project addressed for educators and youth workers, which aims to improve 28 youth workers' knowledge directly in educational support for young people with mental disorders by providing tailored and inclusive alternative practices. The project includes positive behavioral support and social-emotional learning programs to promote the inclusion of young people with mental disorders in the classroom. To enhance the capacity of youth workers, the project offers creative physical activities, project management, and animation techniques training. The project empowers young people to participate actively in their learning process and fosters creativity, promoting European values of tolerance and multiculturalism. The project introduces an innovative methodology of social work - creative physical activities - to improve the inclusion of young people with mental disorders.
