By implementing the project, we aimed to ensure that young people participate in the labor market more quickly and effectively, and to increase their employability by directing them to jobs that are suitable for their knowledge and skills. We aimed to support young people's career journeys by shortening the transition from school to work, and to develop their decision-making skills through vocational guidance and consultancy activities. In addition, we wanted to create a learning infrastructure where young individuals can constantly renew themselves in the face of developments in science and technology, and to encourage their participation in lifelong learning. The main objectives of the project included strengthening cooperation models between vocational education and businesses in Diyarbakır, increasing young people's self-confidence and ensuring that they hold on to their jobs, and supporting their permanence in employment. Our primary goals were to ensure that young people participate in business life in a more prepared and motivated manner and to create a sustainable employment environment.
