The main objective of implementing this project was to provide students and staff of Ostim Technical University with international learning, teaching, and cooperation opportunities with countries outside the European Union, thereby enhancing academic quality, strengthening the global competitiveness of our participants, and reinforcing our university’s internationalization strategy. In this context, the project aimed to enable our students to experience different educational systems and gain academic and cultural competences, support the professional development of our staff at an international level, establish new partnerships, and deepen existing collaborations. In addition, in line with the priorities of the Erasmus+ programme, the project sought to strengthen institutional capacity in the areas of inclusion, digitalisation, green transition, and commitment to democratic values
