The project aimed to: Enable migrant women to turn fashion-related skills into income. Support vocational education trainers working in adult learning, career guidance, or business training—especially those unfamiliar with the sustainable textile sector—by giving them the tools to help learners explore green and inclusive career opportunities. Develop accessible digital content promoting digital autonomy and inclusion.
ENTREP-FASHION addressed barriers faced by migrant women in Austria, Greece and Bulgaria in accessing entrepreneurship within the fashion industry. Despite having creative skills, many struggle with language, legal and economic constraints. Simultaneously, Vocational Educational Trainers lack updated tools to guide diverse learners toward sustainable, green careers. The project responded to these needs with inclusive, multilingual learning tools that promote entrepreneurship and sustainability.
