Objectives

Through this project we aimed to strengthen the capacity of Erasmus+ stakeholders by providing them with simple, accessible tools and training. We equipped project managers with digital systems that allowed them to focus on impact rather than administration, creating a Google spreadsheet–based platform for task delegation, monitoring, and document sharing. We developed an Online Educational Resource with video tutorials, guiding users step by step, and implemented interactive capacity-building workshops and webinars, which trained more than 120 adult learners and reached a wider community through open access. We also created and delivered a comprehensive training programme on the use of AI for dissemination campaigns and visuals, enabling participants to design more engaging and far-reaching communication strategies.

Background

We applied for this project in response to clear needs observed across our networks of adult educators and Erasmus+ project managers. Many organisations, particularly smaller NGOs and schools, struggled with digital management tools and lacked practical know-how for efficient coordination of international projects. This often resulted in duplicated efforts, missed deadlines, and difficulties in ensuring transparency and accountability. At the same time, dissemination remained a weak point: despite producing valuable outputs, many projects failed to reach wider audiences or communicate their results effectively. We recognised that simple, free, and accessible digital tools could significantly improve the daily work of coordinators, while innovative approaches such as AI-supported content creation could transform dissemination campaigns. The project therefore addressed two intertwined needs: strengthening digital capacity for project management and enhancing dissemination practices to make Erasmus+ results more visible, engaging, and sustainable across Europe.
