Objectives

The project aimed to strengthen artistic, pedagogical and organisational competences through international exchange, learning from experienced organisations. We sought to expand our knowledge of pedagogical and artistic research and explore new modes of creation - i.e. collaborative -, to then apply these learnings to our local work. We were curious how our partners integrate the community around them in the work We wanted to grow our network - opening doors for new collaboration in the future.

Background

We are a small non-profit organisation, promoting Arts & Culture in non-formal education and cultural performance. In this project, we aimed to exchange methodologies with European partners that we admire deeply, exploring how with performing arts we can make community alive, activate citizenship, provoke transcultural dialogue, explore collaborative creation. By learning from our international partners we also had insight on organisational skills needed in order to expand our local work.
