We aimed to empower women by enhancing their digital competencies, bridging the digital divide, and fostering confidence in using ICT tools.Through the project,we sought to provide women with practical skills to navigate technology effectively, improving their professional efficiency and personal empowerment. Our project aspired to promote lifelong learning, increase adaptability to digital advancements and create opportunities for collaboration with European institutions for sustainable growth
Our organization focuses on empowering women and addressing the digital divide affecting their personal and professional lives. A survey revealed that 72% of our members feel uncomfortable with digital tools, limiting their efficiency and confidence. To address this, we aim to provide tailored ICT training, leveraging the Erasmus+ program to collaborate with European institutions. By bridging this gap, we seek to equip women with essential digital skills for both work and daily life.
