The problem of our society and our time is that people immersed in their problems and experiences have completely forgotten about communication, the exchange of emotions, and the stigmatization of feelings. The goal of our project is to immerse yourself in recognizing and expressing your feelings through empathy toward others through theater methods. By implementing this project we wanted to achieve: 1. Greater empathy and understanding towards others, as participants learn to explore different perspectives and experiences through theater methods and techniques. Through engaging in theater methods and techniques, participants were encouraged to explore different perspectives and experiences, ultimately leading to heightened empathy and a deeper understanding of others' emotions and struggles. 2. A rise in the number of young people participating in the art community and working together to produce and present theatrical works that explore mental health. The key goal was to increase the involvement of young people in the art community, particularly in the realm of theater focused on mental health themes. By collaborating on the creation and presentation of theatrical works, participants not only contributed to the cultural landscape but also gained valuable experience in artistic expression and teamwork. 3. As participants educate people in their communities about mental health difficulties, there will be a decrease in stigma and discrimination associated with these conditions. By educating both participants and their communities about mental health difficulties, the project sought to reduce discrimination and promote a more supportive environment for individuals facing such challenges. 4. Enhance participants' self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and communication abilities. By engaging in activities that encouraged the recognition and expression of feelings, participants developed a deeper understanding of themselves and their emotions, leading to improved interpersonal skills and overall emotional well-being. 5. As participants gain the ability to recognise and communicate their feelings in a safe and supportive setting, their mental health and general wellness will improve. These objectives encourage young people to actively participate in society while also promoting their social and personal growth. By training participants to recognize and communicate their feelings as well as to empathize with others, the project can help people become more self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and proficient communicators. Additionally, by reducing stigma and increasing knowledge of mental health issues, the project can contribute to the development of a more accepting and encouraging environment for young people.
