The project "Activating Youth Workers - Activating the Youth!" (ActYouth) aimed to improve the quality of youth work by enhancing the professional skills of youth workers at Viimsi Science School. The key objectives included: Integrating new methodologies into scientific teaching to make youth education more engaging. Understanding how different groups (including NEET youth) can be involved in hobby education. Exploring sustainable practices in youth work, ensuring minimal environmental impact and long-term benefits. Building stronger connections between youth workers from different backgrounds to facilitate knowledge-sharing. Incorporating volunteer work into Viimsi Science School's activities, based on Methexis' expertise in volunteer engagement. Strengthening bonds between youth and their local communities to encourage civic engagement. The project focused on practical learning, enabling youth workers to observe best practices, learn from real-life experiences, and apply new skills to their local contexts
