The aim of the project was to actively involve nine young people with intellectual disabilities in an international travel project to support their social inclusion and personal development. The main objectives of the project were: -to increase the participation and responsibility of young people in project activities at all stages; -to develop cooperation and teamwork skills; -to strengthen self-confidence and belief in their own abilities; -to support the use of foreign languages and intercultural communication; -to promote non-formal learning and independence. Through the project, we wanted to offer the participants a positive travel experience outside of their familiar environment that would contribute to their social and personal development and increase their willingness to participate in social life.
