Tackling geographical remoteness and involving rural areasDigital content, technologies and practicesEuropean identity and values

Objectives

We wanted to show how to integrate our regional particularities into a common European identity while developing the digital and audiovisual skills of our learners. In view of the diversity present in our organizations, we wanted to make them aware of their ability to become actors and decision-makers in their training courses without being subject to default orientations.

Background

We submitted our application for this project in order to respond to the need for our learners to discover the cultural and linguistic diversities accessible at the regional, national and of course international level. The "international discovery" trip, offered once in the four or five years of the cycle, is mainly the responsibility of families and unfortunately does not always allow for the inclusion of all learners: whether they come from families from disadvantaged social categories or require specific accommodations related to their disability (for reasons of additional cost). Therefore, anticipating future individual mobility, developing orientation and life projects that are less isolated will allow learners to complete a training course that is less hampered by a sedentary lifestyle and thus envisage a more European and inclusive professional future.
