The project aimed to share and enrich a research-action methodology for supporting change across European VET schools. Specifically, it sought to build sustainable European cooperation and networks focused on the governance of educational transitions.
The ALTER-GOCE project was initiated to improve change management and governance processes within Vocational Education and Training (VET) institutions. VET providers face demanding contexts, such as ecological and digital transitions, which require high-quality organizational adaptation to ensure the professional integration of students.
