By implementing this project, we aim to meet the current European standards for adult learning and Erasmus+ quality assurance rules and deliver high quality training courses to participants from abroad. We want to gain visibility on a European scale, attract more foreign participants to Hungary with the high quality of our training courses, introduce our country to a wider audience and create a positive impression. With the project, our staff will be able to administer and implement international training courses, taking on tasks as trainers and share them properly. We aim to create a vibrant international network for our company, where everyone who comes to us can build their own professional network, develop their skills and work here, and where our people feel a sense of belonging.
With the project, we aim to further expand the array of adult education themes offered by our organisation, to be able to deliver international Erasmus+ courses in Hungary, with the Erasmus Principles being in the focus. Furthermore, the aim of the application is to strengthen the professional competences of our colleagues by offering high quality international training courses by our partners. Through the application, our company will be able to reach international scales in terms of partnership programmes and mobilities and will be able to deliver unique training courses in a national environment developing individual skills of participants and serving the interests of their sending organisations. Participation in training courses and job-shadowing activities will develop a sense of lifelong learning for our colleagues, further internationalising our company. Our aim is keeping our staff abreast of innovations matching their personal interests and retaining company employment rates.
