FABRIKA seeks to address critical skill deficiencies within the Cultural and Creative Sectors, adapt vocational education and training (VET) programs to better match evolving sector requirements, and strengthen the capacity of participating organisations to effectively tackle CCS challenges. The project aims to foster a more skilled, adaptable, and resilient CCS workforce, ensuring that VET programs are relevant and impactful while bolstering the capabilities of organisations operating in CCS.
