The main objective of our project was to investigate the effective integration of digital technologies into outdoor learning. The objective was to improve the quality and of our outdoor learning provision by increasing its interactivity, engagement and relevance to the contemporary digital world. This project aimed to enhance staff skills, foster innovative teaching methods and promote personal, social and educational development of learners, especially those from disadvantaged background.
Crosscare provides social supports to young people,adult migrants and homeless services.A gap was identified in digital tool integration with outdoor learning activities through focus on training&communication.Digital technologies have impacted on learning,yet we saw few initiatives combining them with outdoor, experiential methods,especially with disadvantaged youth. Our project aimed to develop and apply this combination,creating more comprehensive, engaging & inclusive learning for our staff.
