Objectives

The project aimed to enhance Erinna’s capacity to support women victims of violence by achieving three main goals: increasing the organisation’s international dimension, improving staff skills in intercultural communication and English, and strengthening entrepreneurial knowledge. These objectives help promote women’s empowerment, support their social and economic independence, and prevent future violence through education and skill development.

Background

The project “GROOVE” aimed to strengthen staff skills in intercultural communication and entrepreneurship to better support victims of violence in their social and economic reintegration. By fostering international cooperation and exchanging best practices, Erinna seeks to enhance its impact and promote gender equality and empowerment.
