Objectives

The project aimed to support disadvantaged young people by improving their mental health, resilience, and sense of belonging. In response to the challenges exacerbated by the pandemic, it promoted awareness of psychological well-being, provided coping strategies, and fostered solidarity through intercultural exchange. Participants engaged in non-formal learning activities to strengthen empathy, teamwork, and communication, while exploring creative and digital tools to stay connected. Activities such as yoga, meditation, and group discussions created safe spaces for sharing emotions and experiences, helping young people manage stress, anxiety, and isolation. Beyond individual growth, the project encouraged young people to develop action plans for their communities, strengthened the capacity of youth organizations to support vulnerable groups, and promoted inclusion, active citizenship, and intercultural understanding at the European level.
