Our project objective and aims were to create a positive impact on all those involved 236 participants by enhancing the skills, perceptions, and opinions of both youths and organizations. Specifically, we aimed to realise the following impacts: Encourage young people to participate in local politics, as this is the primary level of policy and decision-making that directly impacts their everyday lives. Empower young people to express their opinions and not remain distant and implicit in decisions that directly affect them. Develop critical thinking skills among young people through activities, so that they don't blindly accept decisions made by decision-making centres that affect them. Inform as many young people as possible about local authority policies related to youth. Improve their leadership skills, successful communication, and negotiation methods as these are skills that will help them at many levels of their lives, including social, professional, and political. Develop effective and open channels of access, communication, and dialogue with decision-makers and stakeholders to become aware of their needs and suggestions for solutions. To promote cross-cultural understanding and social cohesion among young people from 3 different backgrounds (Bulgaria, Greece and Malta), through intercultural exchange and collaboration. To provide opportunities for young people to develop their creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship skills, enabling them to create projects and initiatives that can benefit their communities. To increase the participation of young people in European initiatives and programs, such as Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps, by equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to take advantage of these opportunities. To promote the values of democracy, human rights, and social justice among young people, encouraging them to become active and responsible citizens who can contribute positively to their societies. To create a network of young people and organizations working together towards common goals, fostering ongoing collaboration and exchange beyond the project duration.
