Career choice is a challenging issue faced by young people at an early age. Our young members expressed that they often struggle to determine the right profession, and even after selecting one, they were often uncertain if it was the right choice for them. To achieve success in their chosen careers, young people need to be able to raise questions and receive answers. This was the general problem that our project sought to address, searching for alternative solutions together with our partner organizations and their young members together. We discussed with our members how their family members and society influenced their career choices. We observed that they had a lack of knowledge about professions, career development opportunities, and strategies for achieving job satisfaction. Therefore we carried out this project to help young people and we worked on the following objectives in order to help young people find their passion, be successful, and start their professional lives: - Provide 36 participants with comprehensive information about different professions and career paths available to them. - Help 36 participants assess their current career stage and identify their strengths and weaknesses. - Foster a mindset that encouraged informed career decision-making and personal growth among young people in partner communities. - Equipe 36 participants with motivation strategies that promoted both short- and long-term satisfaction in their chosen careers. - Raise awareness about the significance of non-formal and informal learning methods in achieving career success. To achieve our objectives, we aimed to create an inclusive environment by inviting participants with diverse backgrounds. Through non-formal learning activities, we helped participants gain a better understanding of themselves, assess their current situation, and develop effective career plans. Our project cultivated an engaging atmosphere that promoted mutual respect and encouraged behavior that contributed to a more equal, greener, participatory, digital, and sustainable society.
