According to the research, creativity is considered a great human skill that helps individuals keep up with the ever-changing world. Creative thinking skills are acknowledged as the necessary skills for personal and professional growth by enabling people to think outside the box, foster problem-solving ideas, and keep the mind active. In this sense, it has been revealed that new generations have a greater tendency to be less creative than previous generations. Therefore, we organized a special survey with University of Stavanger students and our local network of young people. The survey approved the aforementioned idea that the new generations are less creative than the previous ones. The survey also revealed the most important skills that fell under the category of creativity that were mentioned by the employers. These skills included problem solving, adaptability, resilience, flexibility, and communication. This feedback from the survey has helped to align the project objectives with the needs of our participants. The main focus of the project was on fostering creative thinking skills, promoting innovation among young individuals, and enhancing problem-solving skills. Our project has been successful in equipping young individuals with creative learning skills and applicable experiences. In this sense, we included interactive workshops, artistic activities, and cultural exchange opportunities. These activities helped to develop essential skills for success in an evolving and dynamic world. The primary goals of the project revolved around the following factors: -Promoting a learning environment that had technological advances and internet-limited activities. -Equipping the young individuals facing economic challenges with access to resources for creative engagement. -Providing the participants with practical learning experience at an international level, promoting critical thinking and entrepreneurship. -Fostering creativity, adaptability, communication, and problem solving as the essential skills for getting employed. Together with the main objectives, there were specific objectives of the project that were approached during the project. These objectives were as follows: -Enabling the young participants to socially, emotionally, and intellectually grow by employing a creative learning environment. -Encouraging experimentation, innovation, and fostering entrepreneurship among participants. -Assisting young individuals to improve their creativity and problem-solving skills through getting involved in creative activities. -Increasing the employability opportunities of young people by equipping them with the necessary skills. -Developing the self-expression and communication abilities of the young individuals by getting them involved in artistic activities such as visual art, creative writing, and theoretical performance. -Fostering digital literacy, environmental consciousness, and intercultural understanding by getting participants from diverse backgrounds into the youth exchange.
