Our main motivation for applying to the project is the results of the needs analysis applied to the teachers of our 4 partner schools. As a result of the analysis; it was seen that traditional approaches did not have a sufficient impact on the new generation of students, our teachers were not equipped to use digital applications effectively in their lessons and there was a serious deficiency in digital skills. It was seen that the teachers knew very little about web 2.0 tools and could not integrate web 2.0 tools into their lessons and could not prepare a lesson plan in this regard. With this project, teachers made their learning-teaching activities more efficient in the classroom or during distance education, in addition to their other personal and professional competencies. In addition, they equipped their lessons with the areas of use, application and integration of digital education applications such as Web 2.0 tools, which offer many opportunities to deliver education to students. We applied to this project in order to develop the digital skills needed by our teachers and to keep the teacher-student relationship at the highest level. We successfully carried out our project and met our needs and achieved our goals.
