Through the implementation of the project, we want to improve soft competencies of people entering the labor market. In view of the ongoing changes, it is important that young people are equipped with competencies that will allow them to effectively and flexibly navigate the labor market, and trainers increase the quality of the training. The aim of the activities is to match skills to current and future employment opportunities, it is education for ecological transformation.
