General Objective: -Promote and strengthen green entrepreneurship Specific Objectives: -Create a network for contact and exchange among rural entrepreneurs -Facilitate the sharing of experiences, knowledge, and skills among entrepreneurs -Provide training for entrepreneurs in areas that meet their specific needs -Encourage green entrepreneurship within the school community -Share experiences with partners at a transnational level -Disseminate the project’s results
We applied for this project to address the lack of visibility and access to opportunities for entrepreneurs in rural areas, especially those developing sustainability-related initiatives. These populations face geographical disadvantages that hinder their awareness of and access to programs such as Erasmus+. We identified needs such as the scarcity of qualified employment, lack of training, and difficulties in accessing international networks. This project aims to serve as a bridge between Erasmus+ and rural territories by offering entrepreneurial training, development of green skills, and the promotion of active citizenship. It aligns with the EU’s objectives of protecting the environment and promoting economic, social, and territorial cohesion. By strengthening local capacities and fostering knowledge sharing, the project contributes to more innovative, resilient rural communities that are integrated into a more sustainable and prosperous Europe.
