The project aimed to reduce the number of adults who consider Zero Waste unnecessary to less than 10%, while ensuring that all ETHOS members received Zero Waste training within the first three months. Our goal was also to establish a sustainable, long-term Zero Waste programme that would serve as a model for other organisations. We sought to promote sustainable living habits and strengthen environmental awareness across the broader community.
ETHOS is a non-governmental organisation focused on supporting adult development through social and volunteering activities. In response to growing environmental concerns, we launched a project aimed at raising awareness about waste, overconsumption, and sustainability. We specifically targeted adults, including vulnerable groups, to promote the adoption of Zero Waste principles and to encourage long-term behavioural change within our community.
